Blending interactive technology, storytelling, and public art, this experimental project invites participants to experience the town through the voices of those who know it best; its residents. Through personal narratives, historical anecdotes and everyday observations, the installation reveals the textures of life, and the fascinating and rich story of Birżebbuġa in a place often overlooked yet deeply alive.
The project collects personal anecdotes and stories from people from the community, and combines this with archival footage and photography of Birżebbuġa over the years. These will be integrated into a website and walking tour along the promenade.
